| Everyone has their own experience of the world. We love architecture. We love spaces. We love good design. We are investing our energy in nurturing your questioning / your exploration / your knowledge. Our programme of events, activities, visits and talks is about making use of the rich resource that is our built environment. We excite, inspire, and educate, not only young minds but people of all ages, in an attempt to draw upon the wealth of experience of people in our region. Arc Learning consists of: • Education and young people - An extensive education programme working with teachers, pupils and extending to all ages. We have worked with over 150 regional schools and have also delivered numerous training sessions to teachers. • Public - Qualitative consultation and post-occupancy evaluation/analysis, as well as a public programme of events, exhibitions and workshops promoting good design, exploring place making, and creatively investigating architecture. • Continued Professional Development - A programme of stimulating events for professionals, local authorities, public and private sector decision makers, to support them in their Continued Professional Development, and to foster their understanding of and support for design quality. |
"Thanks for all the help and new skills that you taught at the session. It proved invaluable for my lessons with the Built environment diploma students."Steve Chessman, Teacher, Goole High School |
